At xlayout.net (“Xlayout,” “our,” “we” or “us”), we value your privacy and respect your rights to control your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information when you visit our website or make a purchase from our online store (the “Site”).

Information We Collect

Information Provided by Users

1.Your Account information: To create an online or application account (“Account”) or subscribe to our communications, you need to provide your email address or log in with a third-party account (like Facebook). If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to access or use some of our Services. When creating your Account, we may also ask you to enter some additional information, such as your name, avatar, age, gender, address, telephone number, and email address.

2.Payment information: Third-Party Payment Processor: We use a third-party payment processor (currently Paypal) to help us securely process your payment information. When you place an order through our Services, your credit card information is encrypted and sent directly to Paypal. We do not store or have access to your credit card information and we are not involved in or liable for Paypal’s collection or use of your information. You can learn more about how Paypal stores and uses your credit card information by visiting Paypal’s privacy policy.

This information enables us to provide you with quality customer support. For example, you can send us an email to Customer Support that contains information about our Roav Dash Cam performance and any issues you may have encountered.

We also collect information about how you use your Device, such as the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.

2.Device signals: We collect information that your Device emits or receives to customize our Services to our users in different locations and environments, such as: your geo-location, IP addresses, and external hardware information from your Device about nearby Wi-Fi access points, beacons, and cellular towers.
