2.The product you wish to return must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving it; after 30 days, any return requests other than for quality will not be dealt with. Please make sure that the product is in its original condition and packaging and has not been used or damaged.

3.You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to us. We recommend that you use a trackable service and keep the receipt as proof of delivery. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items during transit.

  • The product must be unused, with all labels and tags intact.
  • The product must include all the items that came with it, such as manuals, cables, or chargers.

Products that cannot be returned

How to return goods

If you meet the conditions for returning a product, please follow the steps below to initiate the return process.

1.Send an email: Attach a photo or video of the product to an email and send it to We will review your request and get back to you within three business days.

2.Return the product: After we approve your return request and confirm that the product is eligible for return, we will email you ( with the return address, details of the product to be returned, the refund method (the same as the payment method you used for the purchase), and the total amount of the refund. (Note: We will rely on the tracking information you provide us and we are not liable for any lost or damaged items).

3.Check the product: We will inspect the product within 3-5 business days after receiving it. If everything is in order, we will process your refund using the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

Cost of returned goods

1.If the return is due to our fault (such as wrong delivery, defective product), we will cover the full cost of the return.

2.If the return is due to customer reason (such as change of mind, wrong selection of product/size), you will have to pay for the shipping cost of the return.

3.We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.

Refund details

1.After we receive and inspect the product and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue your refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase within 7 business days.

2.If the product does not meet the return criteria, we will deduct between 30% and 60% of its value from your refund.

3.If you buy multiple items in one order and there are free gift items and you want to return one of them, you can keep the free gift item. However, if you want to return all of the multiple items, you also have to return the free gift item along with them. Otherwise, we will deduct the value of the free gift item from your refund.
