Order Processing Time

  1. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
  2. We usually ship orders within 2-3 business days after we confirm your payment. However, orders placed on weekends may take longer to process. (not include pre-sale products)
  3. Our warehouse operates only on Monday – Friday during normal business hours, except on holidays. We apologize for any delays that may occur during these times.
  4. We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is processed and ready to ship.

The Order Tracking

  1. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. Please note that during busy periods or holidays, this may take longer.
  2. If you don’t see any updates on your tracking information, it could be because of one of these reasons:
  • Your order is on its way, but the post office has not scanned or processed it yet. This usually takes 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • Your order has arrived in your country and is waiting for customs clearance. This means that the package has to be inspected and approved by the customs authorities before it can be delivered to you. We cannot predict how long this will take, as it depends on your country’s customs procedures.

Change The Delivery Address

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us at to change your address or other shipping options.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address or cancel the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us at and we will check the status of your shipment with the courier company. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay and we appreciate your understanding and support.

Package Delivery

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, we apologize for the trouble. We suggest that you contact your carrier first and ask them where they left your package. It might have been delivered to a neighbor or somewhere else. 

If the carrier cannot help you locate your package, please contact us at and we will file a claim for a missing package.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us at as soon as possible and we will process your cancellation and refund your money in full.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it or issue a refund.


In some rare cases, your order may be subject to customs fees by your government, not by our site. You will have to pay for these charges yourself. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Please contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
