Can I use more than one coupon on an order?
No. The coupon code is only available for one in the ordering.
Why can’t I proceed to checkout from my cart page?
Sometimes, this might be caused by a local issue with your device or browser.

How can I make changes to my Xlayout order?
- If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to update your information or change your shipping options.
- Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any changes to it.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email from us as soon as your order is processed. You can also log into your account to view your order history and track your latest order.
What if I don’t receive my order confirmation email?
- First, please check that you entered the correct email address when placing your order.
- Sometimes, our emails may take a few minutes to arrive or they may end up in the SPAM folder. Please check all of your email folders again after 30 minutes - if you still haven’t received your confirmation, email us at email@example.com, and we’ll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

How long does shipping take?
- Asian country : 4-8 business day delivery.
- European ＆ North American countries : 7-15 business day delivery.
However, some countries in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America may have longer delivery times of up to 15-25 business days.
When will my order be processed and shipped?
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 working days of receiving your order confirmation/payment. However, orders placed on weekends may experience some delay. （not include pre-sale products）
What should I do if the tracking says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it yet?
- We apologize for any trouble this may have caused you. We recommend you to contact your carrier and ask them about the status of your package. They may have left it with a neighbor or somewhere else.
- If the carrier customer service can’t help you locate your package, please contact us and we will deal with this as amissing package.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Sometimes, we may ship your items separately and the second (or more) tracking number(s) may not show up on the order page. If this happens, please wait for another 2-3 days and see if the rest of your order arrives. If not, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
